This machine is a new generation of CNC end milling developed by our company by introducing international advanced technology, which is widely used for milling system doors and windows and industrial aluminum end faces.
Visual operation interface, can remember more than 100 groups of programs, and directly process according to the proile transfer program.
Fully enclosed fuselage design efectively reduces the noise during milling.
End-milling structure: X-axis adopts precision rack feed, Y-axis and Z-axis adopt precision ball screw drive, and it is not necessary to manually adjust the position of knife and saw.
Equipped with double spindle and double head milling motor, namely group A milling and group B milling. Each spindle motor adopts double output shaft structure. Each spindle is equipped with two milling cutters, and a total of four milling cutters can be installed. Group A milling can switch between horizontal direction and vertical direction, and spindle motor can automatically realize vertical and horizontal conversion, thus realizing the milling function of horizontal and vertical notches on the end face of proiles. Group b milling with quick positioning plate function.
The feed system is driven by bus absolute value servo motor, the speed and position can be adjusted, and the cutting feed is stable and uniform.
