    Equipment Features

    • A new generation of workstations innovatively developed to solve the problems of diversified door and window varieties, small order batches, frequent  turnover processes, high labor costs, low production capacity, easy errors and difficult management in the home improvement market.
    • The raw materials are placed in the circulating conveying section and sent to the processing area by the intelligent robot. The glue injection holes, corner  code holes, pin holes, drainage holes, installation holes, lock box holes, center support markings, and center support screw holes are clamped at one time.  There is no need for turnover or sorting. After processing, it directly enters the assembly process.
    • The saw blade feed has servo feed, high efficiency, fixed head cutting (45°, 90°, 45°).
    • Equipped with a 4KW direct-drive motor to drive the saw blade, it is easier to cut thick-walled profiles and insulation materials, and the efficiency is increased  by 30%.
    • The main cutting machine adopts casting structure to ensure cutting accuracy.
